Last night we went to an Oklahoma Redhawks baseball game (AAA affiliate of the Texas Rangers). The boys had gotten free tickets for reading library books this summer. It was a lot of fun. As dad is not much of a baseball fan I had to spend most of the time educating the boys about what was happening. We enjoyed it, though. We stayed for 5 innings & all the kids were beginning to get tired (especially Emerie), so we headed home. I took a few pictures. Haven't had a chance to see if they turned out okay or not. I'll check in the next couple of days & post them if they look okay. I got to work this morning only to find that my laptop is dead. I was booting it up, getting ready for a day of work, when it shut itself off all of a sudden. Spent about 45 minutes on the phone with Dell support to find in the end that they think there is something wrong with the motherboard. Supposed to have some local tech support come out to the office tomorrow & replace the board, but this means I'm without a computer for the better part of two days.

I came home to use the computer here to get some work done before some meetings this afternoon. It's a good thing I have several meetings over the next couple of days, and that I got all of my writing assignments done last week. Didn't lose any work (hopefully) as the hard drive & other parts seemed to be okay. I guess we'll find out tomorrow afternoon.

Tonight we're getting together with three other families from Bridgeway to have an improptu, private T-ball game. We're going to order pizza & let the kids play together. Should be fun. I think we have something every day/night this week - all the way through until next Monday. Most of it is good because they are plans with other people. Few odds and ends otherwise that we need to get done in between these times.
