Emerie’s Baby Shower

Posted by Chris

Emerie had her baby shower yesterday at First Southern hosted by Cheryl Jenkins, Lexie Joseph & Heather Heslip. It was a great afternoon. Josiah & Micah even got into the action - helping deliver gifts to Andrea, passing out gifts for everyone to see, and even opening a couple of gifts of their own! We were surprised by how many people came out, with it being Memorial Day weekend. Check out the "Baby Shower" album [not currently active] in our gallery for pictures from the shower. We also had a great time at our house with my sister Lisa, my brother-in-law Kenneth & our nephews Caleb, Joshua & Jacob. Papa and Mimi also spent the afternoon with us following the shower. It was great to see the boys playing together! I can just imagine what it is going to be like on holidays & get-togethers at the Ediger Farm in Independence with the boys running around the woods for hours on end! I'm sure Emerie will have difficulty keeping up with them. On the other hand, think of all of the big brothers & older cousins that potential boyfriends will have to get through to date her! See pictures in the "Cousins" album [not currently active] in the gallery.

Lisa:

Hey guys, Joshua and I were looking at pictures of Emerie and Joshua said, “There’s Emerie - the cutest baby in the world.” I would agree and say that Emerie and Jacob are the cutest babies in the world.  It was great to see you guys!  Wish we could have stayed longer!  Love, Lisa
