First Fire

Posted by Chris

Well, the cold weather has been a welcome change for our family. There's nothing like being in the late-fall/winter months and it being warm enough that you don't even need a jacket outside! I remember when we lived in Fort Worth & it was warm on Christmas, of all days! Anyhow, it has been nice to break out the sweaters and winter coats and enjoy the cooler weather. Looks like the cold (as well as the rain, at this point) will likely stay around for the near future.

We've enjoyed our fireplace over the past several days, building our first fire on Thursday night. We've done the same each night over the weekend, as well. We also began playing Christmas music on Thursday night (which really is a little late for those of you who know us well). Andrea added the tri-fecta when she surprised me by fixing a pumpkin pie! Listening to Christmas music by the fire while enjoying homemade pumpkin pie - what could be better?!

Dude: It is official.  I am sold on a number of things that I see in you.  By the way, I have got to get your book back.
1. Tivo rocks
2. I want to create a personal site
3. I am playing with two ideas that I want your input on.  Let’s talk soon.

Also, we need to get together soon.  My computer needs the final touches.  Rock On Chris
