We had a great time at Josiah's birthday party last night. Si had five friends from school & church here, as well as his Papa & Mimi, his brother Micah & Amber Cramer, a friend of the family. It was a "Hot Wheels" theme party, complete with race car cake, "Pin the Car on the Racetrack," and a mean game of "Red Light, Green Light." He got a lot of great presents, including many Hot Wheels cars & accessories (he & his brother are at the computer right now playing their new Hot Wheels game that their friend Josh gave them). We let them stay up about an hour past their bedtime last time & played several rounds of Uno Attack - which is a really run game if you haven't played before! There were some pretty funny & memorable moments last night. Emerie was as cute as ever! She has begun to say "Uh-Oh" (actually it sounds more light "Uh-Uh" at this point) and was saying it on cue last night, making everyone smile. Josiah was so funny opening some of his presents. When opening his new soccer goal from us he said, "What in the world! A new soccer goal!" - pretty cute! At another moment, after opening his Uno Attack game we had to literally pry his hands off of it so he could continue opening presents. Andrea kept pulling it towards her and his hands remained firm with his eyes focused in wonder at the back of the box, trying hard to read everything before she took it away! We were all laughing so hard, I hope we got it on film!
