Well, I had planned on posting some pics and another entry earlier this week, but things just got away from me. It's amazing how behind you can get just by missing one work day. We had a great weekend, including Memorial Day, but it has been extremely busy in the last few days. We had some friends visit on Memorial Day. Mark & Trish Davis came with their three girls for the day. We roasted hot dogs & Bratwurst here at the house and then headed up to the Ediger farm in Independence. We had a great time relaxing outside with it being such a beautiful day. We fished some, the kids jumped on the trampoline and played on the swing set, took the 4-wheeler out a few times, and just enjoyed the time off.

Andrea caught a fish on only her third or fourth cast! I'm starting to fall behind here ... first Josiah caught his first fish a few weeks ago (I caught a frog) and now Andrea beats us all. The fish weren't hardly even biting, probably because it was such a warm day - I think I only got one bite the whole afternoon.
