Weigh-In Time

Okay - posting this 5 days late & 2 days before I post again on my weight loss progress. I weighed-in at 195 lbs last Friday. Another two lbs toward my goal! Felt good, too. I went out & bought a few new clothes & was able to buy some shorts in the next size down!
I weigh-in again on Friday, but not sure how well I'm going to do. Honestly, if I maintain my weight from last week it will be a good thing. Our trip to the Masters (will post more here in a minute) + Famous Dave's + Logans Roadhouse = no weight loss for this week most likely. I tried to watch what I ate, and I certainly got my exercise in (we probably walked 4-5 miles on the course on Monday). Guess we'll see how it went. Hopefully I won't be pushed back too far on my track.
