We're home! We arrived home at 12:45 pm on Friday, May 9th - just a day and a half after Emerie was born! Again, it was amazing hearing Dr. C tell us at 8 am this morning, just 27 hours after Emerie's birth, that he would begin the paperwork for us to be able to be discharged today. We spent the majority of the morning at the hospital, taking our time getting things together. Emerie got her baby picture taken (which we should get back in a couple of weeks). Then we headed out for home.
